The hotel's location is convenient for dining, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. However, there is no parking available, and the staff were unhelpful when I needed to make phone calls. Additionally, there is no dedicated loading zone, and the surrounding area feels a bit rundown with slightly noisy streets.

Parking was not included and instructions given for the nearest over-night parking options was not clear. Comforter had (someone else's) makeup on it; had to ask twice for it to be changed. Housekeeping woke us up (dnd sign wasn't on the door handle, but we also hadn't checked out yet). Elevator had a funky odor. Best part about this hotel is the location! Close to dining, shopping, tourist sites, etc.
