My bathroom fan didn’t work, my outlet for phone didn’t work, stayed 4 nights and never got my room serviced. They don’t have quarters for laundry and the area is scary to go out in. I’m disappointed that the manager never got back to me, that’s why I’m complaining now.

Thank you Melissa for taking the time to wright a review about your stay here at sonesta, we would like to formally apologize for the inconvenience during your stay,as for the Laundry it only works when using the designated app that is listed in each laundry room, I hope that the fan was reported to front desk so they could pass it on to maintenance as we have maintenance from 8am-11pm daily, along with housekeeping it should have been done the 3rd day housekeepers go in on the 3rd and 7th day of stay if the DND sign is hung on door housekeepers will not go in, again we are truly sorry for how your stay outcame and we would really like to chat one on one to better understand the circumstances during your stay.

after having some issues being picked up at the airport timely, the shuttle and staff were available, friendly, and willing to accommodate us during our 2 separate stays...thank you!

Smelled of garbage in halls and not much better in our room. Sticky stuff on windows, shower tap had watersports (hasn't been wiped) hard to cook food evenly because burners didn't fit in stove right, so all pots and pans were on an angle. Outside looks lovely though. Felt quiet and safe in the industrial area.

Staff was very friendly. It was a nice quiet place and very clean. The bed was great!
