The Nugget is always a great place to stay when in Reno, friendly staff, clean, nice rooms, indoor pool and gym.

Security is no where to be found on the exterior. Had multiple persons loitering in parking lot and near entrance doors soliciting drugs. Building needs serious renovations. Do not recommend staying here with children.

I stay here often. Was disappointed when I tried to watch FOX news. It was the only channel on the television that had no audio. What kind of censorship is that?

No cold water for showers , water was bowling hot all the time .

I recently stayed at the Nugget. My check in process was fast and easy, staff was really nice and friendly. Room was clean. Stayed at the 24 floor view was awesome. I would go back any time!!

Expectations typically aren’t super high when staying at any casino hotel in Reno, however our room had the most terrible odor! There’s no fan for the bathroom and the windows have condensation each time you shower, so I’m assuming that’s what causes the terrible, moldy smell in the room. The shower took a LOOOOOOOONG time for the water to warm up and the toilet was temperamental. Overall, we only stayed there out of necessity for a sports tournament and would have not chosen to stay there otherwise.
