Our room was great space wise. We paid extra for a mountain view but the windows were filthy. Couldnt really enjoy any view at all. Disappointing. Bathroom didnt have any mirrors for those of us without perfect vision. No way to put on make up or fix hair.

Inconvenienced by having to park way far from our rooms. I made & paid for my rooms via Expedia.com… but they still took a “deposit” that you don’t learn about until you check-in, they say it’s refundable, but I’ve not seen mine go back on my card… terrible way to treat h Guests!!

They don’t tell you they are going to charge you $150 in “deposit” fees, even after paying for the room!!! Plus, having to park a mile away from the room was inconvenient.

The additional 150 covered the pet deposit for your stay. We have already released the deposit, and depending on your banking institution, you should receive it in a few days.
