Ideally situated in the middle of Reims which allowed easy access to the City Centre. The Cathedral is a must visit. There is secure underground car parking adjacent to the entrance to the door. The staff are helpful and friendly and the room was superb. We dined in the restaurant and the food was gorgeous.

The property is on an enviromental mission. Something not made clear when booking. Towels and robes must have been washed in diluted tree bark. Not just cardboard in texture but in the case of the towels threadbare and almost see through. No chemicals used down the drains. An assumption, but as a result they smelt when you entered the room. The shower temperature control is fixed and adjusting the heating was nearly impossible. All in an effort to appear eco friendly. Another assumption. On a positive note. The broken toilet seat discovered when first entering the room was soon fixed and all motions were completed in complete safety. The staff were great and the lifts worked perfectly.

As far as the temperature setting in the room is concerned, it can be adjusted to suit you. Our teams would have been delighted to explain how this works if you had informed us. Location Location Location perfect ... hotel needs a remodel for sure ... so close to Champagne and Reims Notre Dame is absolutely amazing! ... hotel food FABULOUS as is the staff ... rooms ok and very few amenities ... could be fabulous if they made a few upgrades

Amazing property in Reims with wonderful staff. Great food and close to train station and all of the cafes and shops. We will be back.
