The hotel was very good in all respects. Apart from only having paper cups in the room for tea or coffee. Also the small plastic containers of milk were not really expected in a 4 star hotel.

The staff at this property were great. They helped us get parked and were super friendly. The room was comfortable and located close to shops and restaurants.

Dated property, leaking sink, leaking coffee machine. When sofa bed is open, there is almost no room left..

Great location, quite practical to go anywhere in Reims or the towns nearby.
