We arrived late and the automatic check in machine had lost internet connection, but the remote access (voice link) person spoke good english and sorted out our room check in efficiently. Room simple, but clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Would stay again.

I'd Stay Again...

Smart, clean, well maintained, quiet, premises with good parking, friendly staff and located where it's easy to find. It also offers an easy access route to the city centre. [Ensure you have your CritAir sticker for your car as there is a low emission zone covering the city centre].

Clean functional stopover however….

Booked two rooms as an overnight stop over on return from Alps. Rooms clean, location good, eateries in walking distance. However reception staff took card when checked in and charged me again for rooms already booked and paid for through Hotels.com. Luckily I noticed on my credit card app and challenged it. After 1/2 hr discussion was given a refund…. However when returned to my room I discovered they had charged me again for both rooms. I again had to return to reception and challenge this again for a refund. After a further long discussion I was again refunded. Not really the restful night I had hoped for. Breakfast area was again clean and well presented however hot breakfast consisted of what looked like grey microwaved bacon and sausage with scrambled eggs. Coffee machine then broke too. Pastries were free and cereals available with cold milk so not all bad. Would I stay again - probably not as I do not have confidence that staff know how to process bookings from web providers.

Clean and comfortable property. Ideal stopover en route back to the UK. Dog friendly too.

I booked online for one night and when i was there they asked me to use my debit card which i didn't have , then i told them to pay cash but they refused and didn't let me enter the hotel and was nobody to help us . I was not happy about it.Expedia tried to call them but they were unavailable all the time. I and my daughter had to sleep in car overnight on roadside .It was not good Experience. I will not use B&B hotel ever again .

Overall, property was ok. Booked the hotel through Expedia and receptionist was not aware that I’ve paid for the stay and was charged again at check in. Make sure to bring proof of payment of done via Expedia. Still waiting on reimbursement. Almost a week later.
