The hot tub was not hot. It was barely even considered warm. We called the front desk several times throughout our stay to inform them of this and they reassured us that they had a maintenance guy constantly upkeeping it. Finally we convinced the front desk guy to come see for himself that the water was not hot. It was never fixed and we didnt get to use the hot tub which was the actual reason I picked this suite to begin with. Super disappointing, we both wanted to use it.

Tucson to Regina for Garth Brooks
Posted 13 Aug 2019 on HotelsCame to Regina for the Garth Brooks concert and stayed at the Hamilton. Great area and the people were very friendly. The room we stayed in had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything was good.

The building was very warm and adjusting thermostat did nothing. Bedding was very nice, beds very soft.
