A decent gem for the money
Posted 29 Apr 2018 on HotelsThe people were very kind and helpful. There is little to no English but they used a translator app to communicate. The room is very basic with no extras, hair dryer, hot water pot, cups etc. However, it was clean, bed was comfortable and the cost is very good value. The place is in a local area which is still close to the city center (10 minute walk) where more action is for tourist. The breakfast has lots of pastries and drinks made to order. This is a nice way to start each day.

Eventhough front desk knew no/little english, they made me feel welcome. My Booking wasn't read on their system due to system fault but front desk personnel handled with ease.

Cute little place with friendly stuff.
Close to Piazzas and Centre Internazionale Loris Malaguzzi and train station.

It's a basic hotel.
Posted 21 Apr 2017When I asked him why there was no water kettle or did not have a coffee maker basic amenities in the room you told me to star hotel and rules do not allow him to kiss electrical stuff in the room.
How ever he was very kind to tell me I could have coffee on small eats any time I wanted to.
At 10 euro more in would prefer a better place

Posted 14 Mar 2017 on HotelsWe knew very little Italian and they knew very little English. Breakfast had plenty of sweets and hot drinks. Many juices also. Rooms were basic but suited to our needs. Good place between train station and the center of town.
