"Walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from a cough to a whisper! Breakfast was nice and they have lots of snacks!"

"This hotel's pool/spa and elevators were in NON-WORKING condition. I was told because I booked through a third party I wasn't made aware of it until the time of check-in. WE DID NOT stay here. In my opinion, they should have notified every single person with reservations about the amenties that were not available. I had 4 grandkids with me, they would not have been happy with no pool and I would not have been happy lugging our stuff up 2-3 flights of stairs. DO better and inform your guests of changes in amenities."

"I book reservations for employees and have all the info sent to me for documentation purposes. The Landing sent me an excessive amount of security forms, which is fine, but I was unable to provide a facial recognition, as I am not the employee residing at the location. I tried relaying that, but the email was "no reply." The email clearly stated that if this wasn't completed, the reservation would be cancelled, but here we are asking how my "stay" was..... Also, I got repeated emails after I had responded telling them to cancel, saying, "please do the ID verification or your reservation will be cancelled." No follow-through on that threat because, clearly, they still charged for the room even though ID verification was never received and there was no check-in..... just all around unprofessional. If this is how they want to do things, that is fine, but please have a better communications process. And if you're going to cancel if you don't receive information, then DO THAT."

"Card keys doesn't work. It happened every day. Worst experience I ever had. I was coming in at 1am and frustrating to see it takes half hour to get in to the room. First day the attendant did not how to make the keys working for a while. Second day same thing and she had to come and open the door as she couldn't make it work. Worst experience of my life. Didn't expect this from. Marriott where I am a shareholder. Staff keeps saying new system. They should train the staff. My no is 571 426 4827"

"This location was fine. A few issues I encountered. The AC unit was kind of weak. Fan on it was not very powerful. The comforter was a little too stained for my taste. One last thing, the room (single king) could have used an extra seat. Like an arm chair or love seat. "
