Room was nice and clean. The overall hotel appearance was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Parking was adequate for handicap vehicles. The pool was the biggest hit with the little one. Will add this location to my places to stay when in Avon.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was horrible. The lady working it acted like she hated her job. The Omelettes and sausage weren’t cooked enough. The trays of fruit and hard boiled eggs were empty.
