"Front desk employees like Gabriella were always welcoming and nice. Alicia who was running the breakfast area every morning was sweet and wonderful. Always hustling. The ones in the bar area didn't have it quite together when it came to offering a restaurant style dining. So we left and went elsewhere. "

The sheets and pillowcases seemed clean, but the pillows, mattress, and comforters themselves were stained and unpleasant. The room also had a strong chemical smell that felt like it was trying to mask smoke. The bathroom, walls, and even the outlets were dirty and clearly not well maintained. To make matters worse, I overheard another guest at check-in loudly complaining about bugs, which didn’t inspire confidence. Overall, the experience felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. I’d recommend looking elsewhere."

"I book reservations for employees and have all the info sent to me for documentation purposes. The Landing sent me an excessive amount of security forms, which is fine, but I was unable to provide a facial recognition, as I am not the employee residing at the location. I tried relaying that, but the email was "no reply." The email clearly stated that if this wasn't completed, the reservation would be cancelled, but here we are asking how my "stay" was..... Also, I got repeated emails after I had responded telling them to cancel, saying, "please do the ID verification or your reservation will be cancelled." No follow-through on that threat because, clearly, they still charged for the room even though ID verification was never received and there was no check-in..... just all around unprofessional. If this is how they want to do things, that is fine, but please have a better communications process. And if you're going to cancel if you don't receive information, then DO THAT."

"Didn’t see any staff didn’t like the kiosk feature had to get a new key like 6 times just randomly stopped working parking lot was horrible looked like a trap house or a place sex workers use had a crazy smell to the property like something died wouldn’t do it again that award in the lobby was a lie or AI made"
