"The side entrance marked “G” didn’t fully lock. Out of all the outlets in the room only 2 were functional which included one hanging out if the wall which could be a fire hazard. The key lock to the door had the circuit hanging out. Very unclean feeling. I would not recommend."

The ones in the bar area didn't have it quite together when it came to offering a restaurant style dining. So we left and went elsewhere. "

"Fasciities were clean, breakfast was good (pancake machine was broken, but the fresh Cinnamon rolls made up for it). Elevator was broken so we hiked up 3 floors of stairs. Would be an issue if you're physically challenged. But otherwise, a comfortable room and good sleep"

"I would say that it's a clean property and has well maintained rooms. Walking distance for a Colts game, AAA Indians game, or a couple of museums. Starbucks, new steak house, and High Velocity restaurants inside. Sky walk allows you to connect to the Indiana Convention Center as well. Rooms are comfortable. Staff was helpful. Parking is underground. Bonvoy is something that I am not familiar with as a customer. I wanted to pay for the Executive Lounge for breakfast after the Indy Mini half marathon but it was not on my stay. Someone forgot to add it. For me, it was great to be able to run my race and have a comfortable hotel afterwards."
