We have stayed at this hotel many times now. The location is great, close to the airport and just a few miles away from downtown. The room was large and comfortable. Didn’t use the rest of the amenities as much. Nonetheless the hotel is a great value for money.

The breakfast was't really a breakfast per se as it wasn't included with the cost of the room. However, staff was great. The facility looks to have been updated in the lobby, beds are comfortable and the transport to and from the airport was convenient. The noise level due to the traffic likely from the FedEx facility was moderate but nothing my noise cancellation headphones didn't block

I was very impressed with the Crown Plaza airport hotel Indianapolis . The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers were VERY kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the products fro used in the bathroom - Apotheke were FIRST CLASS. I intend to purchase the handwash and other product as soon as I get home! Thank you a very comfortable , classy and reasonably priced room! I highly recommend !

I didn't stay for breakfast .... needed a latte first ... stop I stopped at a nearby Starbucks. I had dinner in the bar and a great glass of wine. Bartenders were friendly and helpful with the menu . It was hard to decide what to have because the items looked so good.
