Great breakfast and very friendly staff. The lady at the front desk made arrangements to make sure we got something to eat and special thanks to the chef who prepared a very tasty meal even though we arrived after hours due to travel delays. We only stayed one night, which was a shame. The hotel is on the river and I would have liked to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere for a couple more days. Highly recommend it.

No Spa for treatments
Posted 28 Jul 2021 on HotelsWe booked the hotel as it had a Spa with massages etc. I tried phoning only to get answer phone in Germany so sent an email asking to book 2 massages. I received no reply. Upon check in we were told they had no massage facilities for the past 3 years but it’s on their German website with even prices etc. The toilet seat was covered with huge yellow stains so asked for it to be changed which they did. The fridge looked quite dirty so only used it for drinks. All in all it’s definitely not a 4* hotel.

This hotel is located on the Rhine River. It’s conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and anything else you could ask for or need. It’s a very beautiful historical town and I look forward to coming again and I would definitely stay at this hotel.
