Staff was rude and not very helpful. Manager was the worst

Stressed out, no relief
Posted 29 Nov 2020 on HotelsCleaning ladies were amazing, hotel staff not so much. Came outside two nights ago to police and tow truck with my newly purchased vehicle. End result, My car got towed and I have all my stuff with my 10 month old in the room and am being charged 40$ for a late check-out. Oh and I was charged over $100 to check in early, habingnowhere to go cause my house is getting bugbombed
