After staying here I now have had to pay for my entire house to be cleaned for bed bugs and I would like my money back.

It worked as a place to stay but was poorly maintined

I was not happy with our room or service. When we walked into the room it was clean, but the phone line had been cut and the bathroom door was hanging from its hinges. They used the wrong type of shower curtain rod which resulted in water everywhere after a simple shower. Staff was asked whether there was a coin machine in their laundry to which they said yes. There wasn't. The hotel laundry cart had towels strewn about and was pushed under the stairs. Coupled with the human trafficking soap and the truck stop next door, it is not a place I would recommend nor return to utilize.

Lady at the front always got an attitude problem really turns you off. If you hate your job, quit, because no one wants someone with a stank ass attitude helping them.

shower curtain full of black mold along with the tub, mildew order in the room, causing my husband and I to be sick through the following week. frig freezer froze over, couldn't get anything in it. the pictures online did not fit the actual condition of the room.
