The bed shaking when the train went by was kind of strange. Hot tub was under repair. Small fitness room, rooms need some TLC/maintenence. Clean though. Also if you get a room facing east the curtains don't cover the heater, so when the heater blows then you get the morning sun. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet is served - which is unique.

No lobby area to gather for a team. TV in 2 rooms didn't work and weren’t resolved.
Front desk staff was very combative when trying to figure out conference room bookings and charges. Not flexible with rental rates because we booked through Expedia even though we had 10 rooms.
They did open breakfast early for us though.

I never got the name of the lady doing breakfast every morning, but she deserves a lot of credit. She was very nice and courteous. My wife and I had our 2 yr old son with us and she went above and beyond to make us and our son happy.
