Great stay, only flaw was there were youth teams staying the same time as us and you could hear them in the halls.

I had to call the front desk about a rowdy group in the room next to ours. They said they would call and come to check but nothing was done. I called at 10:30 and 12:30 and nothing changed. They were drinking and loud until 2am. So unfortunate. The beds were hard and breakfast was midiocre.

Had a wonderful time. The kids LOVED the pool and slide. Great breakfast as well.

I found the staff friendly and welcoming and also very accomodating. However, I didn't like that I had to ask for towels at the pool both times that I used it. The room was clean, but smaller than most other hotels - "microtel" means smaller and I didn't realize that when I booked it. The breakfast room was as accomodating as other hotels - still no gluten free. I appreciated that there is a full service lounge in the lobby. The front desk staff charged my credit card, despite my telling them that I would pay upon check out. I didn't appreciate that.

We apologize if at any time you had to request pool towels, our goal to make sure every area is well stocked so that guests have access to all amenities they may need. Please know for future stays, that we do offer gluten free items as apart of our buffet, such as fresh fruit/vegetables, meat and egg options, and gluten free bakery items. Also, the hotel does need to pre-authorize a payment upon arrival, but guests are welcome to change their method of payment at any time. We hope this encourages you to stay with us again, and we look forward to better serving you in the future.
