All is set up for an enjoyable, worry free stay

We went as a family where we had different interests in our group such as swimming, night life, and just loafing in the beach, we were all happy with what we got. You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment. It is all one step from the beach and the bars. Food was not sophisticated but good quality and variation, with restaurants open at all times. Spa had great options and was overall a very good experience. Staff was very helpful an non-intrusive.

Bathroom shower water is cold only in my room every day !!! I called for complaint but they never fix

the food was not good and I had problems with the room. The phone did not work and I had a loss of water from the ceiling. The place is nice but I would not go back.

people pretty friendly, service good, food, it was low season, therefore we did not had each night a big buffett
