The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the service is great. The food is very good with a balanced mix of international and Northeastern Brazilian traditional food. The facilities are great and have everything you could wish for in this sort of all-inclusive hotel. The only few personal negatives are that there is somewhat loud music pretty much all-day, everyday, everywhere, which is a bit annoying if you’re looking for a few days to just relax, read, and sleep by the pool or the ocean. Also, like anywhere in Northeastern Brazil, the vast majority of the staff do not speak English, which makes it a bit tricky for international travellers like myself.

This is my second visit to Porto and this all inclusive resort was amazing! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The drinks and food was top notch.
The pool had an great vibe with a great mix of music and the staff was constantly keeping the guests entertained with a variety of activities. I did not travel with children but I noticed the staff always engaged and active with the children that were there.

This is an amazing resort for bringing the kids- they have a kids club that you can take the kids to play and the parents can relax at the amazing pools. The beach at front is not as good but 2 min walking you will have a great Cristal clear ocean with the resort providing the tables and chairs- I love our stay at the hotel and will be back for sure.

Hotel excelente! Funcionários extremamente atenciosos. Quarto limpo, confortável, chuveiro excelente. Área da piscina super confortável. Tudo perfeito!
