We booked 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was in immaculate condition. My wife loved it and did lots of cooking. We were able to enjoy homemade made food while traveling, wasn't it amazing!!

The property was good value for money, stunning apartment great location with everything on your doorstep , only fault was lots of stairs to climb

Everything perfect. Reading station / Rail air 5 min walk. Shops and restaurants downstairs. Self check in smoothly. Much worthier than staying in a hotel. Definitely stay here again.

Leak? Please clean up and shut up.

My apartment had a flood at 2100 that covered the whole living room with water. I get that this happens, and the communication via the WhatsApp and helpline was good, as I could send them a video of the flood, but having used every single towel and the shirt off my own back to clean up an entirely soaked living room I would have expected and appreciated some sort of compensation from the mgt team. As the property isn’t manned I was told at 2100 by the helpline (who did actually seem to care) that I should clean up as best as I could and someone from housekeeping would be with me by 10am with fresh towels. At 11am, desperate for a shower and having already messaged to chase up, the local mgt team knocked on my door. Whilst they told me I was a ‘great guest’ for having cleaned up, put all the towels on a spin and had been busily drying the sofa cushions again the radiator, there was little acknowledgement that I’d spent 1 hour of my own time cleaning up water that covered the entire living room. My bags were soaked and I had used every towel and couldn’t even shower in the morning. Throughout the rest of my stay I kept expecting a knock on the door with a thank you or my first night refunded, but instead I left thinking they only really cared about where the leak came from, and not about my first night which mainly consisted of cleaning up water. They could have recovered both the building and guest experience but chose not to.

Overall my stay were good. The property very clean. But not suitable for senior citizen or guest with knee joint pain as the property is walk up staircase.

In general: the apartment is extremely clean, beautiful and right in the centre of Reading! The communication with the property is excellent and the service as well. There was a problem with the water temperature regulation that could not be fixed quickly. The communication with the property was excellent, they always replied very quickly and with detailed information. When the issue was not fixed after a week, I prompted them more often and they moved me to another apartment as soon as possible. Also, I always received the check-in instructions later than the 48hrs, but always on time or quickly after I enquired about it. Would stay there again!

Efficiency is not at all efficient

It saddens me to say that this efficiency hotel, is actually not efficient at all. It started with the Code required to access the apartment. Can you imagine, realizing you have no access to enter your hotel room while at the airport, then try to contact customer service for it while in transit bc no information was emailed? That was the 1st leg of this disastrous stay. Truly unfortunate since we stayed there1 year ago & it was great! The 2nd part, inexcusable. Upon arrival, the bathroom floor was filthy, hair in the shower, on the floor, in the sink, worse, in the bed. The bed clothes smelled like someone else’s b.o. My Husband & I were so tired from traveling when we got there that we slept on the couch & figured we’d deal with this later. Upon awakening, we noticed that the advertised Cafe Dulce Machine Nescafe Cups to have a delicious brew where no where in site. I don’t know about you my Weary Bleary Traveling friend but no Coffee, how would you deal? I contacted Guest Services, and after 15 minutes of Pop Music someone picked up,exclaimed how sorry they were, that someone will arrive Monday to deliver the Coffee Maker & Wednesday to clean. This call was made on Sunday. Mgmnt em'd us to gain access for a water main issue & for a pest control thingy. “I’m sorry” Is an excuse to continue bad services, This Hotel could have done so much better by simply asking or saying,“How can we make this right or refund us a night!""0" is my rating. Hope this helps you.
