The hotel is reasonably clean, but my room has issued with the sink and the TV had issues.
For the price of these rooms, I would expect there to be no issues.

Building is well maintained, and the staff are helpful. I had to leave urgently and was still charged for the night.

Close to venue I was attended, clean and quiet room. Staff were very friendly.

Does everything you need. Clean, feels premium, good staff, parking included. All for a good price.

The hotel overall was one of the best I have stayed in in the UK. It wasn't perfect but nothing worth publishing.
