The night shift and the cleaning lady were awesome. The morning front desk lady was not so friendly. The 1st room was not cooling but the gentleman immediately moved us and it was perfect. Breakfast was OK.. craved pancakes but machine was broken. Juice machine was also broken. BTW if you book third party they do not care about your Hilton Honors status. You receive no perks.. including late check out.

Everything was good except the hot water would not work in eather of the rooms I stayed in and the guy at the front just said "yeah we know" wen I told him that the hot water wasn't working
