Spacious. Vanessa was on point and easy to reach. I would recommend this place without reservations.

Property was just lovely. Room was excellent. Very comfortable. Great shower. Excellent breakfast buffet included.
Restaurant for dinner was delicious.
Ten minutes from Cruise Terminal. Able to schedule a shuttle for 15euros/pp.
excellent service!
Would highly recommend !

The location was difficult to get to and there are very few taxis in Ravenna. The front desk staff was not helpful in getting us a taxi to the hotel or to our cruise ship. Overall it was a very frustrating and unpleasant stay. And the "free wifi" did not work AT ALL. No one seemed to care when I brought this to their attention.
