I added Lily to my reservation,as my guest and when I arrived: Donna Mayo. They could not find my reservation. It was only under lily Shaw. Very irritating. I arrived at 4 and lily wasn’t coming till after 8. So that was very inconvenient that I paid for a room I couldn’t even check into.

Receptionist gave us a room that someone was in there already. We walked in and the person was sleeping. I dont even know if he knew we walked into his room. Very dangerous what if we were some creeps and we walked in a single women's room. She didn't even apologize! Then she gave us another room and the key card was not activated. Made 3 trips to the Receptionist at 1:30am after a 5 hrs drive!! She never apologize for anything.
