Keep away
Posted 16 May 2022 on HotelsRude inflexible and did not supply the facilities advertised- so we late and they still charged the full amount- nearly £700. They said they will not give it back so I’m seeking legal advice

we are very sorry, but on all websites we have that it is a summer swimming pool. Expedia show it like they want. We offer you partial refund and we offer you extra time in wellness for your unwanted massage. It was only our good gesture for you, and we offer you extra access to wellness as a result of this problem with swimming pool for not mistake on our side. When we are trying solve a problem with expedia, you leave a hotel without one word and with one access card to room. Thank you.

Posted 4 Sep 2017 on HotelsImagine the beauty and peace of the country on an estate in the middle of farm land. This is a perfect spot if you want to stay on site to enjoy nature, a great spa (sauna's, huge hot tub and showers). The outdoor pool is in the process of being built. Great outdoor patios and picnic spot next to tennis courts/basketball court. Only downside is it's difficult to get transportation to the site to hire a car for checking out villages near by. The village we were in was maybe a 3 -4 block radius. It's idealic for couples/honeymooners. Not so much to entertain children/teens. Our service was great. The front desk hostess was wonderful. Our waiter at the restuarant was AWFUL. Sat us at tables two days in a row with dirty linens. When I asked for them to be replaced, he acted like he didn't understand English. Removed all the beautiful glassware off the table, then served us our drinks in plain glassware--why have it on the table if you're not going to use it. He was rude. All other people at the resort were wonderful. This fellow needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY!

Dear Jill, we greatly appreciate your recension. Thank you for your positive words. Next time please ask the receptionist to call taxi servise or to ensure some entertaiment for children/teens. We can offer some outdoor games, playground or rent bicycles, etc. Finally let me please apologize for the waiter, we are going to solve that. Thank you ones again, yours Chateau Ratměřice
