Best place we’ve stayed in Rarotonga. Great accommodation, lovely landscaping, comfortable,wonderful pool.

The seclusion/privacy, size/space of the accommodation, swimming pool, BBQ utilities, proximity to the beach (± 200m), garden, hospitality and friendliness of owners and fellow guests.

Had a wonderful holiday at Arcadia! Beautiful home, the hosts were very accomodating and friendly! Will be back for sure!!!

A great place to stay. We'll be back for sure. Great to have such a spacious apartment and private verandah. I like to cook from time to time while on holiday so it was great to have such a well equipped kitchen. Owners and staff very helpful. Across the road from a great beach and walking distance to bars for sundown beer and food! Well kept gardens and very clean pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. Quiet and peaceful (apart from the compulsory roosters of course standard to Rarotonga!)

Loved this property, pool and bbq area was awesome, large bedrooms, plenty of room for a family of 4

The location is great. Beds really comfy and general outlay fantastic. It would be ideal if there was another barbecue as only one barbecue to be shared by all villas

Location: Fantastic location. Sunset side of the island in a less populated location
We have visited Rarotonga several times and have stayed in a variety of resorts, including several 5 star properties. I would have to say this easily tops any accomodion experience we’ve had. The villa was lovely and equipped with absolutely everything that you might need. The grounds and the pool are beautiful. Peter and Joelene know exactly how to find the balance between being amazingly hospitable while at the same time not being in any way intrusive. I would highly recommend this property.
