Basic maintenance should be improved.
Expedia as agent charges more than hotel does for walk-in customers. Hotel should review its policy of outsourcing to Expedia as it is profiteering at the expense of the hotel and its potential customers.

心地良く滞在できました
Posted 4 Oct 2023 on Hotels早朝便で朝５時に到着したのですが、部屋が空いていたのでチェックインでき、併せて朝食もサービスしてもらいました。
部屋は広く清潔で申し分ないです。朝食も美味しく頂きました。英語はあまり通じませんが、心地よく滞在できました。
