Expedia said this property was an adult only resort, implying there wouldn’t be kids running around the pool but there were loud children the entire time

Friendly staff, easy check in, located close to most off & on strip attractions, free valet & comfy beds, I don’t need anything else!

Our room was super dark and dingy. The four of us were each given 1 pillow with a case and a dark brown fur covered pillow. The brown pillows had no cases and were covered in white crusty stains. We called the front desk to get additional pillows with cases but they told us they could not give us additional pillows. Then they said if we give them our gross brown then they will replace them with 4 cases pillows. We came back after 3 hours away and they took the brown pillows and did not replace them. We called again for 4 pillows and told them the situation and it took them 30 minutes to come to the room with 2, not 4 pillows that reeked of weed. The next morning we ordered room service for breakfast before the music festival we were going to and they told me it might take up to an hour, which I said was fine. Out food didn’t arrive for an hour and 50 minutes and when the man brought the trays in he was huffing and puffing because he said he was the only one working. We missed the first band because of this. They need to change the room colors to lighter or do a much better job cleaning, you can see literally every stain it thing that was not wiped. Which was close to everything in our room.

Felt safe and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet. Many restaurants to choose from. Friendly staff.

I was not informed on an extra expensive Security and Hotel Service Fee which nearly doubled the bill I had already paid.
