I loved this resort! the staff was accommodating from when you walked into the last minute you left. Very family and pet-friendly. Lots of things to do with kids of all ages. I highly recommend it!!!

Lots of noise with screaming children at pool .. very old and dated facility Staff not friendly or talkative Had to pay for self parking daily Adult pool was dated and not inviting The bartender there was the only friendly guy Ernie !!!

it felt over capacity sold, long registration line, dust was everywhere, pools were crowded and not clean

Overall, the property is very nice, clean and peaceful at the time we stayed. Room looks very spacious but the carpet was old and faded. Outdoor amenities are excellent. Food service not good at the Chef's Secret Window. Most of the time it was unattended or nobody there to take orders. Fireside Lounge and Las Brizas Bar has good service and food tasted very good.
