"The hotel is located in a very convenient area. You can find restaurants, bar, theatre and parks very close by. Love the hotel, it has a rooftop pool, a gym and two restaurants. The staff is very attentive and polite. Main attractions are in walking distance. I will highly recommend this hotel."

"Easy check-in. Nicely located in Roma Norte, close to shops and attractions but on a quiet street. Staff were nice and accommodating. We requested a clean up for 1 day - it was decent. However, when we came back our pinpad was not functional. We immediately notified the front desk and they addressed the issue quickly. Overall a very lovely stay; the amenities were great. The hotel staff, without exception, were always warm, polite and extremely helpful, going out of their way to meet any requests. We were always met with a smile and given the impression that nothing was too much trouble. "The booking clearly stated that parking was included but we were charged. When we showed the staff the booking and where it clearly stated that it was included they just said there was nothing they could do and still charged us. "
