We booked for a one night stay. Felt safe and there is a Starbucks right nextdoor. Bed was comfy. They had hot water for showers. Loved exploring their garden and decor. Would recommend and would stay here again.

El hotel es muy bonito. Principalmente lo escogí porque llevo a mi mascota y aquí si los aceptan; pero en general los chicos de la recepción son muy groseros y en la habitación que me asignaron la TV no tenía acceso a internet por más que la conecte, además era muy pequeña. El hotel cuenta con dispensadores de jabón, acondicionador y shampoo. El jabón olía muy desagradable les comenté en la recepción y según lo iban a cambiar al igual que se haría el servicio de limpieza a la habitación; pero todo seguía igual.

La atención fue mala en su mayoría de los de recepción, solo los meseros en el restaurante fueron amables, de ahí en fuera cuando tienes una urgencia los de recepción solo te ignoran, no hay papel de baño.
