En la almohada me salió una araña, llamé a recepción, me cambiaron de habitación. En la madrugada me abrieron la puerta, porque le dieron mi habitación a otros huéspedes, ya que no había quedado registrado el cambio de habitación en la computadora. Después me tocó igual de madrugada, el auditor del hotel para pedirme disculpas por lo ocurrido. En verdad solo era una noche después de un largo viaje y solo quería descansar, pero no lo logré. Es lamentable que brinden ese servicio. En lugar de disculpas me hubieran reembolsado lo que pagué por la noche terrorífica, pero bueno, eso no sucedió.
