"Very clean and safe hotel. Front desk set us up with a nice quiet room not street side albeit next to the elevator and some guests are rude and talk loudly while waiting for it. Wish they had soft pillow options for side/stomach sleepers. Awesome area, close to many restaurants, vendors, 24hr convenience. Would stay again! "

"Two criticisms: 1) the bed was uncomfortable; too soft and the sheets were not tucked (maybe they were too small for the mattress?) 2) It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair, other than the desk chair. As it was the only comfortable place was lying in bed. Two compliments: 1) housekeeping was very efficient and kept us well stocked in water bottles and clean towels. 2) front of house staff were very helpful (concierge, bell staff..)"

"Staff assisted me with luggage, exiting and entering vehicles. Concierge team was super helpful and recommended activities and restaurants in the areas. Front desk staff were nice. The terrace restaurant is a must try. "
