The look of the property is brilliant and so is its staff and service. Check in was pretty smooth. Rooms are really spacious. In terms of the location, the property is higher up and slightly secluded from other hotels and resorts.

Posted 5 Apr 2018 on HotelsOverall stay was good. Good for kids and infants as the play area and the assistant there was very helpful.
On our last night there was a large group which made a lot of noise till 4 AM. Very disturbing.

Great rooms and service in a beautiful setting
Posted 18 Mar 2018 on HotelsA beautiful resort in a beautiful mountain setting near Jim Corbett National Park. The accommodations were first class, as was the breakfast buffet.
The service was extraordinary and friendly. Prior to arriving, the staff worked with me via email to arrange taxi pickup from Moradabad, as well as arranging the required jeep and guide for the safaris into Jim Corbett Park.
The Park has several gates and the hotel is near one of them. It’s 20-40 kilometers or so from two other gates, respectively. For the morning safaris, that is a quick drive because traffic is light. For the afternoon safaris, the drive to the gates is more time-consuming because of the traffic.
The outdoor pool is a good size but not deep enough for diving. From the pool one can look at the surrounding mountains and it’s very relaxing.
The exercise room is quite small: two new treadmills, one adjustable bench, and a selection of dumbbells.
They didn’t have any alcohol in their otherwise excellent restaurant, so one has to purchase it themselves in Ramnagar, which is about a half hour from the hotel.
It was my first trip to India (from the US) and I had arrived from the craziness of Delhi — so the accommodations, service, and location of the Lemontree were the perfect cure for my frazzled mind.

A great place where staff defines word hospitality
Posted 28 Dec 2017 on HotelsI recently visited lemon tree resort and had an amazing experience with my family. Actually was a bit skeptical while doing the research on trip advisor due to a negative comment as my baby is 7 months old. But then went ahead because of the lemon tree brand. I was truly amazed with the courteous nature of the entire staff right from reception to the dining area to the room service. They took extra attention of the baby and made sure that they left no stone unturned to make the experience a memorable one. A small miscommunication in the dining area about a dish was so well handled which clearly showcases that all members abide by the motto that Customer delight is their top priority. Special mention of Harish, Abhishek, Aarti, Mohit. Also the executive chef Mr Negi himself came to check whether everything was in order. Keep up the great work team and please add great pictures of resort on trip advisor. Though I do not write comments about all my visits but this one definitely deserved a great recommendation.
