People were nice. The facility was very comfortable and decorated nicely. The hotel has a lot of amenities. Breakfast was good!

The hotel is situated away from a busy highway which afforded more quiet and ample parking.

Room had not been cleaned well, if at hall. Dirty towel left in bathroom, no soap in dispenser, sticky floor throughout. Spouse walked on towel on floor- towel then had blackened foot marks. One bed likely had not had linens changed- compared to other bed in room (crisp taught sheets, fluffed pillows, no impression from mattress below). Hall leading to room had dirty carpets- looked like rooms were swept out to hall and not vacuumed. My spouse had just stayed there two nights earlier for work and had different experience, thus why we returned. Clearly not all of their housekeeping staff have a good work ethic. The hotel was in a convenient location, but not enough to make up for the risk of staying in the previous guest(s) filth.

Had a poor check in experience. Got there at 5 and our room was not ready yet, despite check in being at 3 pm. Otherwise, our stay was fine, but not a great first impression.
