Stains on pillow case, linen smelled weird, latch on door was loose, entry way light didn’t work in room, and the absolute worse was a roach on the nightstand, kept the lights on after that and didn’t get very much sleep!

Staff was nice. Location was easy to get to. Room was clean. Phone did not work. Bathroom light was taped to ceiling with construction tape. Only 2 towels were given, had to ask for more. Had to ask for more soap . The fan in the bathroom made a grinding noise. I had to empty trash everyday, The breakfast was very sparse. 1 banana, some cereal, yogurt and waffles. Tea containers were empty . No protein available. Was hoping for maybe oatmeal, or hard boiled eggs, or toast and peanut butter.. Apples oranges maybe would be nice.

The staff is pretty rude.

Professional, kind staff. Clean. Quiet. Would stay again. However - the single step into the room from outside is very high-hard for me. The pillows were big and too hard. Hurt my neck to sleep on them. All in all, great little place with beautiful rose garden outside.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are ok but some of the facilities like the locker in the room was not working and the water fountain near the lobby was also not working. The breakfast had limited options and the items that were over were not being replaced, even within the breakfast timing window.
