Location pretty convenient to both west and east campus of dukeU. Spacious unit with nice decoration. Safe and enjoyable. Customer service is very nice.

Never again!

This property was beautiful on the outside but very scary on the inside! It felt like a prison!!!! I’m not sure why they have all the gates and high security because it was located near duke University! Overall we had a very difficult time getting into the property and getting out! There were five codes and the instructions were not clear!!! They sent text after text it was so daunting and confusing!!!!

A Durham favorite

The apartment we rented for our stay in Durham was amazingly clean and comfortable. My husband only had a 4 minute drive to Duke for his testing. There are grocery stores and fantastic restaurants within walking distance to the complex and we definitely felt safe and secure in the building. The sound machine provided in the master bedroom helped our toddler fall right to sleep every night we were there. My family has already decided this is where we will be staying every time we have to come to Durham, we loved it so much.

Passenger Train ran up to three times a day with a disturbing run after midnight...the train always blew a horn as it passed the area...very disrupting to sleep.

No Toilet Paper

The location and room were good except there was no toilet paper at all. When I contacted Kasa's online chat they said they could not get toilet paper to the room for two days and asked me to buy some toilet paper for the room. I honestly was shocked by that customer service. To say sorry, they refunded me $50 after I complained multiple times. If you are worried about needing to use the bathroom, do not stay at this property.
