i didn't get any housekeeping throughout my entire stay despite my repeated requests. black out curtain wasn't working and they wouldn't move me to another room and had to wait for maintenance to fix it. couldn't see a manager bec. wasn't in on any day

Overnight stay for graduation. Excellent service and we had a late checkout with no issues.

Easy check-in/check-out process, friendly staff, and comfortable bedding. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Upon entering the lobby there were 2 ladies working the front desk. 1 clearly didn’t want to help or was leaving for the day, not sure but she gave no eye contact or greeting but the other lady did professionally engage. The facility was overall clean but a little dated, especially the carpets. The pillows are NOT very comfortable very flat, which made for a restless night.

The water pressure from the bathroom sink was almost nonexistent. I called the front desk and was told that maintenance was gone for the day. How do you stay in a hotel and brush your teeth from the shower???? Unacceptable
