The pesonel here are amazing and so nice, the guests are a little unruly though. The ones around my room were tapping nonstop on my door for no reason and they kept slamming their doors.
The HVAC could use an upgrade along with the showers and lighting, but overall not too bad for the price paid.

We enjoyed our stay at Days Inn Morrisville. Mercedes was a pleasure to work with. She is truly an asset for Days Inn.
We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations after reading all the negative reviews. I don't understand why there are negative reviews for an economy stay. This location offered everything we could have asked for, i.e. luggage carts, continental breakfast, WiFI, fridge and microwave as well as hairdryer, which many no longer offer. The dining area was open 24 hours for coffee. The bonus was coming back to the hotel each night for fresh cookies. Plenty of lighted parking. The only downside was the road construction out in front of the building which was out if their control. Will definitely stay here again.

Property is old and not well maintained. My room has a broken door latch and a leaky faucet. There are scratches and dings on the furniture.
This place is the least expensive I could find so you get what you paid for.
The positive is that it is very close to the RDU airport.
