One of the queen beds smelled like urine. Spoke to staff who said I could talk to the manager about it in the morning because they are fully booked. Didn’t even offer to change the sheets.

Our stay was great! Front staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out process was smooth and super quick! We came in just for a quick trip with 4 kids and 2 dogs and the room had plenty of space and was clean. We’ve stayed in other “pet-friendly” hotels and this one has been by far the best. Pet fees were not outlandish and the room didn’t have any pet odor. I’m sure we’ll be back!

We booked this on a whim and based upon other reviews. I am happy to report they did not disappoint. the rooms where vary spacious and clean. The staff were amazing and assisted us in anyway that we may have needed. The location was amazing. very easy to get in and out of. and right off i40 which was even better. it was very close to food and to the Walmart for a few last Minuit things. We will most defiantly be booking here again on our next trip to NC.

It was adequate for our purpose. In fairness to them we chose a cheaper room on the lower floor.. We didn't see the rooms on upper floor. They may have been nicer. The room was clean, ac was a little noisy all night. The young girl who was checking us out in am needs some serious customer service training. She was barely sociable, didn't smile at all. I felt like she was very annoyed to be there.
