It was convenient for us because it was close to wake Med. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

My tv wasn’t working properly I contacted the front desk he told me the manager would be here in 5mn after 5mn he says the manager called off I’m sure they were lying to me sweetly 😂😂 I woke up at 4am and found the manager he fixed it no complaints room was clean breakfast was good though

Clean room. Property was on a steep hill, hard to walk up to get inside.

Close to Walnut Creek amphitheater is the only pro of this hotel. The entire hotel is due for a remodel. Reeks of cigarettes and dirty feet when you walk in the lobby. The hotel room itself is decently sized. The room and hall also smell of smoke and dirty old carpet. The floors were not clean/mopped as there was spilled sticky drink when we stepped in the door. Bathroom was clean. Desk had dried on mascara. Shower creaked loudly. For what we paid, I had higher expectations.
