The keys didn’t work. The food was awful The place smelt of eggs Room service - the staff forced us to pay them extra money all the time Blood stains on bed

We are stayed there 3days all time when we open rook door after many try open or again call for housekeeping then send key to reception also towels conditions not good also no tissue paper there in room when we ask they are replying we not provide tissue ….really sad for this service…😔

Property didn’t take American Express and didn’t notify prior to my arrival. There was a party going on just below my room. The hotel needs to do a better job with ensuring guests can get a good sleep.
