Staff was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. Check in was very smooth and street parking was explained clearly to us. Town was very walkable and quaint. Loved the history. The train ride was fun and gave us a great showing of the town. Wish we had more time. Would stay here again.

Excelentemente ubicado. La propiedad es fantástica. La habitación con terraza ubicada en el 5 piso, era pequeña y la temperatura del agua de la ducha era difícil de fijar. Fluctuaba entre fría y caliente obligando a estar corrigiéndola constantemente. Asimismo el extractor del baño era extremadamente ruidoso convietiendo la ducha en algo tortuoso. El desayuno bueno y variado. La ubicación inmejorable. Las instalaciones excelentes. Recomiendo este hotel en Ragusa.

The hotel is an experience, beautiful view. However when remember booking the room with two beds, the hotel at check in, the room I booked is the king size bed. Also a bottle of wine was checked with the room booking, we found out at check out that it is not. The money is not the issue, but it is confusing/embarrasing to find out that it is not complimentary, the reception was helpful, apply $10 spa fee that we did not use and we pay 2 Euro to settled our hotel bill.

San Giorgio Palace has a spectacular location atop Ragusa. When you exit the hotel on floor 5, it's just a few flights of stairs up to the main square in Ragusa with all its sights, shops and restaurants.
The staff was very accommodating at check in and departure. The breakfast was great.
The only difficulty we encountered was not the hotel's doing but worth mentioning. Apple and Google maps both brought us the upper level of the hotel which required meticulous navigation on tiny streets to reach, only to discover we should have been three stories below on a relatively wide street. Map carefully!

Lovely place and staff was amazing. I wish I could have known the beauty of the hotel and town prior to setting up my itinerary. I would have devoted more nights. One night not enough for us.
