There were people outside doing illegal activities. Upon checking in, we went to the room (non smoking) and noticed the cigarette smell immediately, and then the smoke detector battery was not attached. There were also no towels in the room. I went up to the front desk, and the lady there gave me a bunch of towels and some kind of spray to try and get rid of the cigarette smell. After brining in all our luggage, i sit on the bed and lift up the covers to find yellow stains on the bed sheets and gray dust balls or who knows what. My family and i packed up our stuff and went to the front desk and demanded a refund. The lady said if you look on the receipt it says after i give you keys there are no refunds. I was like well when i signed up for this room i expect it to be clean. We left that dirty place and booked a new room that night. I wrote an email to the manager and they replied the with a generic reply about give them 2 to 3 business days to reply. Dont waste your money booking with this place. I will be emailing the department of health and sending them pictures and emails. I will see to it that this place closes down.

Upon arriving we moved three times, once for the room smelling like cigarettes. The smoke detector was removed from the ceiling. I asked to be moved due to my son’s asthma. I was given a new room in which someone had still been in. Garbage and food laying all over. The third room the lights didn’t work but we just wanted to sleep so we kept it. The whirlpool they advertise is broken has a padlock on the door and there is no pool. I was slightly suspicious of some drug activity I thought might possibly be taking place. My son and I went to sleep around 9:30 and were woke up at 11:30 by the couple in the room next to ours screaming profanities at each other and slamming doors. This went on for about half an hour until they left. They returned again at 3 am and 5 am and the fighting continued. I was honestly scared, threats of violence were being made so I waited until 6 am to go down and talk to a staff member at the desk. The staff member told me they wouldn’t do anything about it and I should’ve called her while they were arguing. I have emailed the manager who I’m sure I’ll hear nothing back from. I do not recommend, not safe, not clean. Horrible experience.

Driveway into parking lot has several big potholes. Hotel itself is well maintained, staff is friendly and check was quick and easy.

I will never stay again. Two guys got into a fist fight in the parking lot. Trash every where dirty rooms. People sit in their cars with music all night. People hanging out the windows yelling out on 2nd floor. Overall trashy place

This is an excellent place for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are in excellent conditions, particularly the bathroom.
