We were perfectly serviced. The welcoming activitiea were excelent. Friendly lady at the reception.
Nice view upstaires. Clean guest house with the moroccan designe following the authentic traditions
We loved the place and encourage everyone to go there👌👌👌👌😀😀😀😀❤️❤️❤️❤️

The service was very good and the decor was pleasant. The location was excellent for walking to places you want to see the food was good.

It was one of the hotels I was most satisfied with the atmosphere so far. It had both a warm and authentic atmosphere. We thank Rita very much. She warmed us with her warm smile. We also liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast. I only wish they used a duvet instead of a blanket because I was allergic to dust. Excellent in terms of price performance.

Just for 1 night. Air conditioner not working, i havé to go to the roof top to use Wifi.
Host was very a aimable.

Overall a nice hotel with great staff and an amazing breakfast, but not very conveniently located.

The riad is average , with a nice breakfast and cool terrace. However the problem was with the staff at check out. It was the last day of our stay and they did not remember ya the taxes you have to pay at check out. They did not accept credit card, nor euro, they have no change, and when promptly asked to find the closest money change they insulted as and attacked us screaming loud. I will send the amount via paypal but is not recommended.

Dear Mr Bompan,
You are not honest with what was happen at the Riad.
Because it was your last day in morocco you did't want to take money in an atm and you asked me for a restaurant you could pay with credit card the day of arriving.
The day after you propose me at first your credit card to pay the 22 Dhsx2 city taxe. i didn't accept such a small amount in credit card and then you present me a 20 € bank note, but we are in morocco and our currency is dirhams.
At the end you quit the Riad without paying the city taxe, shouting and very angry meanwhile other clients where taking breakfast quitly.
Not only you let us pay the city taxe for you but you let us a very bad comment.
We have done our job and you found your room ready and a nice breakfast, the problem was yours because you don't have money to pay your due. You had to think about it before coming at the Riad.

Posted 7 May 2019 on HotelsThe Riad was lovely. Decorated beautifully, with a fantastic roof top garden. My partner had a massage with Serwa and it was great. Stephan is a wonderful host, with wit and an abundance of information. I strongly recommend the property
