One for comfort seekers.

This is a very luxurious hotel, not inexpensive but a good contrast after Riad stays. Corporate bland design but 7 feet wide beds and lovely bathroom. The restaurants & coffee shop are extremely expensive but you are paying for the space and the service. Lovely people.

Lovely hotel with a brand promoting environmental awareness. The downside to this is the restaurant is French which couldn’t be further from being environmentally conscious with things like eggs in guacamole and milk in hummus. So meat and cheese and dairy heavy is so bad for the environment. Your staff headed up by Malaki F&B manager are delightful and so genuinely happy to be of assistance and treated us exceptionally. I have their names somewhere but can’t place it I’m sorry. The breakfast chef Islamic lady was also excellent. The food in the Asian restaurant is delicious and the head chef and one shaved head waiter were a delight. The manager and man with a cane need to be much more attention to customers instead of constantly moving tables around. It was distracting. The gentleman who checked us in and helped us find a doctor on a Sunday was so helpful and kind. It was his level of customer service and Malaki and his teams level of customer service that will make us book with the Marriott brand in the future. They are all to be commended.
