Great hotel in a nice neighborhood was clean spacious and staff was amazing. Very cool restaurant across the street and a slew of restaurants two blocks away.

Staff was super helpful, breakfast every morning on the patio was great and a nice start to the day. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood of Quito, called La Floresta. From the attentive and helpful staff to the decor to the facilities, my stay was perfect. Highly recommend if you can spend the extra buck.

Great Part of Town
Posted 23 Dec 2019 on HotelsMy friend and I booked several nights at the Hotel Kaia after disliking the neighborhood our original hotel was located within. We found the staff at Hotel Kia to be friendly and attentive, and best of all the hotel was located just blocks away from some of the best restaurants in Quito.

Staff was great. The room was clean and very nice. Was close to many restaurants. Was the best place I stayed for a great price.

The property was awesome. The staff was great in anything we asked. Our room was cleaned every day and it was convenient for all outdoor activities
