I was very happy with my 5 day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. It would've been perfect if they had orange juice. I liked my suite and the bed and pillows were great. I wish the shower/tub were a little bigger though. I had a great birthday dinner experience at the Opera Restaurant. Joel was an amazing server. One little thing was that I wanted to use the pool but unfortunately it was undergoing maintenance. I'll definitely be back though.

This property had very friendly staff, free breakfast, which was amazing, and a spa pool and gym. My main issues were that the room key kept resetting and I had to go have reception fix it and the safe would not open with my things inside. However, the staff was super helpful and attentive to my needs, and I’d probably stay there again! Loved my massage and facial- Marcia was amazing.

Dann Carlton maintain its elegance, good service and quality since more than 10 years that I chose it as my hotel in Quito. Thanks. I miss the VIP expedia perks. It is sad to do not be available anymore.
